Needs are met everyday and any changes in care are done so with ease and care plans updated, staff informed immediately of any changes such as times of visits, days, no care, extra care, two carers etc. Knowing that extra care is available at the drop of a hat, emergency planning with staff who might go off sick. Agencies that have back up plans in situations such as bad weather, sickenss bugs, holiday periods. Promoting equality and diversity, dignity and respect, independence and encouragment.
